Biography
Vincenzo Caridi (1964) is Head of the Department for Labour, Social Security, Insurance, Occupational Health and Safety Policies at the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Labour Inspectorate and a member of the Management Committee of the National School of Administration (SNA).
He served as Director General of INPS from 2022 to 2024, having previously held the position of Central Director for Technology, IT and Innovation. He holds a degree with honours in Economics and Business, an MBA, and is a certified public accountant. He is passionate about music, vinyl records, hi-fi systems and table football.
