Biography
In December 2024, she joined BIP, where she launched the BIP Law & Tax project, taking on the role of Managing Partner. Since 2019, she has held senior leadership roles at EY Italy, where she led the Tax & Law division as Managing Partner, coordinating more than 850 professionals and contributing to the strategic development of the organization. She later became Head of Investments and was one of the first women to hold a top leadership position in this field, demonstrating strong and innovative leadership.
Her expertise in labor law and industrial relations has always been paired with a solid and forward-looking managerial vision. Over time, she has promoted concrete initiatives for gender equality and inclusion, such as the YouMovement project, helping to broaden the impact of legal consulting beyond its traditional boundaries.
