Biography
After starting his career in law and at the Italian Competition Authority in Rome, he went on to earn a PhD from Bocconi University and worked as a researcher at several European think tanks and research centres.
He founded Civetta, an organisation dedicated to educating and empowering young people to navigate the complexities of today’s world. He then joined Will as Head of Strategy, before taking on the role of CEO in 2023.
He is also the host and curator of Actually, a podcast exploring some of his main areas of interest: change, business and innovation.
