Biography
Marco Barra Caracciolo was born in Benevento in 1967 and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering. Since 2019, he has served as Chief Information Officer of the Italgas Group, where he leads the company’s IT strategy and digital transformation programme. Since July 2021, he has also been CEO and Chairman of Bludigit S.p.A., the digital company of the Italgas Group.
Previously, he spent many years at the Enel Group, taking on increasing responsibilities across different areas before joining the ICT division (Global Digital Solution) in 2012.
