Biography
Born in San Daniele del Friuli (UD) in 1970, Lorenzo Gubian holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. After gaining various experiences in the ICT sector within healthcare, in 2016 he became the General Director of the Arsenàl.IT Consortium (Veneto Center for Research and Innovation in Digital Health). He has coordinated several important process digitalization projects, gaining significant experience both in procurement and implementation phases. He also served as ICT and Digital Agenda Director for the Veneto Region.
Since October 2020, he has been the General Director of Aria Spa, and since January 2022, he has also served as Vice President of Assinter Italia, the association that brings together companies from Regions and Autonomous Provinces, local authorities, and various central public entities operating in the ICT sector for the Public Administration under the “in-house providing” model.
