Biography
Lawyer, journalist, and adjunct professor of law on new technologies and privacy. Member of the Board of the Italian Data Protection Authority, former Supreme Court judge, and co-founder of E-Lex. He has held institutional roles on innovation and AI, teaches at several universities (Roma Tre, UNINT, Bologna), and is the author of essays on privacy, AI, and digital rights, including Diary of a Sentimental Chatbot and Trials of the Future.
