Biography

Davide is Vice President, Operations for the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) segment at Baker Hughes. He is responsible for activities related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), procurement, and logistics for IET’s global manufacturing sites, promoting expertise in supply chain management and ensuring rigor and consistency of processes across the business’s global footprint.


With over 25 years of experience in operational and cross-sector leadership roles, Davide began his career in Florence in 1997 as a production engineer at GE Oil & Gas. He subsequently worked in various General Electric (GE) divisions across several European countries. In 2007, he moved to the United States, where he was appointed North America Manufacturing Leader for GE’s acquisition of Vetco Gray. Returning to Florence in 2009, he went on to hold a series of roles with increasing global responsibilities, first in Manufacturing and later expanding to the entire Supply Chain, leading up to his current position.


Born in Florence, Davide holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
