Generative generosity: leadership and delegationBIP Expert: Simone MaccabruniAn experiential activity that invites participants to reflect on what they are truly willing to delegate and on how to create the conditions for teams to become more autonomous in their decision-making. Through discussion and reflection, leaders identify concrete actions to evolve towards a more generative form of leadership.
Ethics in perspective: how to ask the right questionsBIP Expert: Nilo MisuracaStarting from a challenging scenario related to technological innovation, participants take on different perspectives and engage in a collective process of questions and answers, bringing together different people and points of view. These perspectives are then brought into dialogue to co-create a manifesto of principles and values capable of guiding future choices and actions. A collective reasoning exercise that encourages participants to reflect not only on what technology enables us to do, but on how we want to use it and which values we want to uphold along the way.
Culture, Experience, Capability: how to make major transformations succeedBIP Expert: Ginevra FidoraA team-based investigative activity immerses participants in a dystopian scenario shaped by short-sighted organizational choices that have eroded rather than strengthened the company’s human capital. Each group investigates the crisis from a different perspective, working towards a shared diagnosis and proposing interventions capable of changing its course.
Crisis management: balancing responsibility, collaboration and resilience under pressureBIP Expert: Claudio De PaoliA business game helps participants discover that safety is never an individual responsibility, but the result of collaboration among multiple actors across a value chain. By reflecting on their own role within this chain, leaders learn to ask the right questions and make deliberate choices about where to focus their efforts and resources.
The power of choice: real-world cases, alternative decisionsBIP Expert: Marco Pesarini and Alessandro VolpeA choose-your-own-adventure-style narrative activity puts participants in situations where decisions trigger cascading consequences. By reflecting on the butterfly effect of their choices, leaders work together to shape — and, when necessary, rewrite — the future of a company.
Marketing for Humans and Machines: the conditions for successBIP Expert: Stefano Augello, Laura Venturini e Alessandro OlivariCompanies are about to face a profound transformation: for the first time, they will have to engage not only with a market made up of humans, but also with machines. Doing “business for humans and machines” means rethinking how value is envisioned, created and measured — and, around this, redesigning the way we work. To navigate this transformation effectively and turn it into a driver of growth, the prerequisites are not only technological, but also organisational: companies need to foster a high-trust, high-agency environment.
